Après le succès du Forest Jump Trophy en catégorie DH sport, Sunn a choisi pour 2010 de s’investir dans l’enduro et lance la Charger Quest en partenariat avec le Trophée enduro Languedoc-Roussillon.
Kézako ? Il s’agit d’une catégorie réservée aux pilotes roulant sur un cadre SUNN, donnant lieu à un classement particulier, dont le vainqueur se verra remettre un Sunn Charger 2011, la future bombe d’enduro de chez SUNN, en prêt pour la prochaine saison. La Charger Quest s'appuie sur les manches du trophée enduro Languedoc Roussillon, des épreuves au format rallye avec spéciales chronométrées à profil descendant et des liaisons à effectuer dans un temps imparti sur le vélo. Le tout dans un cadre qui se prête parfaitement à l’enduro, du vrai vtt. Seuls les 4 meilleurs résultats (5 manches au total) seront pris en compte pour le classement final.
Les pilotes enduro Sunn seront présents sur la plupart des manches du trophée. Anne Caroline Chausson, Simon André et Yannick Pontal seront notamment tous au départ de la première manche à St Cômes. Mais rassurez vous, ils ne peuvent pas participer à la Charger Quest !
Pour participer, il vous suffit de cocher la case spécifique Sunn Charger Quest lors de votre inscription aux différentes manches du trophée Languedoc-Roussillon.

What is it? It’s a special category at the attention of the riders using a SUNN frame, which will have its own ranking, and which will be rewarded for the winner with the lend of a 2011 Sunn Charger, the soon to be rocket of enduro from SUNN. The Sunn Charger Quest is based on the stages of the Langudedoc Roussillon enduro Trophy, which are rally-like races with timed special stages on mostly downhill trails linked together by up-hill sections for which the riders are given a limited time. All stages take place in areas that are perfect for enduro with varied terrains, it is true mountain biking. Only the best 4 results will be added for the final ranking (5 races during the season).
The Sunn enduro riders will take part to most of the events. Actually, Anne Caroline Chausson, Simon André and Yannick Pontal will all be racing the first stage in St Cômes. But don’t worry, they can’t compete in the Charger Quest !
